Miscellaneous Information

Hotel Tax and Service Fees 

  • Porterage is per person, roundtrip, tax inclusive, and is mandatory for groups. 
  • Parking fees are subject to change and are at the discretion of the Hotel. The self-parking does not apply towards in-house guests as it is part of the mandatory Resort Activity Program. This fee is valid for non-hotel guests (restaurant diners, local meeting attendees, etc.). 

General 

  • The tennis courts at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa have been closed and will not reopen. This area will be converted into additional parking. 

Designated Smoking Areas 

  • First floor of Kamehameha wing, at stairway base leading from Lamont's Store 
  • First floor at bottom of staircase leading to Hawaii Calls Restaurant -15 feet towards ocean side of Nalu's Restaurant on pathway 

Resort Activities Program 2009 

  • There is a mandatory Resort Activities Program fee. This will be charged to the guest room folio daily. It includes the following benefits:

  •   >Free toll free connect and United States long distance calls
  •   >Daily 1/2 day snorkel rental for 2 people

Waikoloa Keiki Club Children's Program 

  • For children ages 5-13 years old. 
  • Advance reservations required. Guests pay hotel directly. Call 1 (808) 886-6789. 
  • Children should bring swimsuit, sunscreen, shoes, extra clothes 
  • Parents must be present at the time of registration and at the end of the day to meet their children.
  • To get in touch with your child in the event of an emergency, please call the hotel operator and the Program Coordinator will be contacted immediately 
  • Some of the activities included are: glass bottom boat ride, beach exploration and scavenger hunt, ancient Hawaiian games, Hawaiian arts and crafts, hula and lei making, Hawaiian instruments, shoreline fishing, volcanoes, kite making and flying.
